Processing

All orders are made to order - your cutlery will be engraved & dispatched within 1-3 working days.

All Orders are shipped from London, UK.

UK Deliveries

All UK Orders are sent with Royal Mail tracked 24h service (1-2 working days) or tracked 48h service (2-4 working days).  Shipping times are additional to the above processing time of 1-3 working days.

Tracking will be available in your despatch email. If not received, please email us at lucie@maisonspoon.com.

International Deliveries

These have been put on hold for now.

I can not be held liable for delays in the postal system due to unforeseen circumstances or issues that are out of my control, i.e. , Brexit, Strikes, etc.

I can not be held liable for lost/ returned orders due to wrong or incomplete address provided. Any order not received due to the above will not be resent or refunded.I can not be held liable for orders lost or returned due to delivery unability (i.e. no one was home to accept the parcel).

Orders not received: please contact me within 14 days of purchase if you have not received your order so I can investigate.

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once your order reaches your country. Please check your inbox including your spam/junk folders for any customs related emails. In some countries Customs may also call if you cannot be contacted by email.

Returns & Refunds

I don’t offer any returns or refunds as all cutlery is engraved to order.
